Fri, June 19 – Welcome Celebration

Step into the spirit of unity and heritage with our stunning All-African Attire Mocktail Party!

 

Enjoy vibrant music, Cousin Conversations, a generational blessing, and the beginning of an unforgettable family weekend.

Sat, June 20 – Gullah Immersion & Gala 

Dive deep into our roots with a guided tour of historic St. Helena Island, the Penn Center, and preserved sacred sites.

 

Then dress in bold summer colors for an unforgettable Gullah Gala filled with food, drumming, dancing, and honoring our cherished elders later that evening.

Sun, June 21 – Reflection, Fish Fry & Farewell

We’ll close our weekend with a meaningful day of worship, celebration, and reflection. From a classic Fish Fry and family games to quilt-making and storytelling, we’ll give thanks for our legacy and look ahead to our future.
